Beatsheaven's refund policy is straightforward and mirrors industry standard.

As a buyer

You can request a refund when:

How to request

Email support@beatsheaven.com with your order ID and the reason. We mediate between you and the producer. If the issue is clear-cut, we refund within 5 business days.

As a producer

If a buyer disputes a sale:

  1. We notify you via /dashboard/sales
  2. You have 7 days to respond (reply to the support email)
  3. If we side with the buyer, the refund issues from your next payout (we don't claw back — we net-settle)

Clean rights, clean masters, and responsive messaging = you almost never get disputes.

Chargebacks

If a buyer skips us and files a chargeback with their bank:

Keep your license terms detailed — it's your best defense.
