Uploading stems
Premium-stems and exclusive licenses include the beat's individual tracks (drums, 808, melody, FX). To deliver those, you upload a stems ZIP.
How
- Go to your beat's edit page: /u/yourname/b/beatslug/edit
- Find the Stems section
- Upload a ZIP file containing your stems — max 500 MB
- Save
Once uploaded, the beat's stemsAvailable flag flips on. Any buyer whose license grants stems (premium_stems or exclusive) sees a Stems download button in their library.
What to include in the ZIP
Standard convention:
- 01 Drums.wav
- 02 Bass808.wav_
- 03 Melody.wav
- 04 Pad.wav
- 05 FX.wav
Keep names short, numbered. Export each stem at the same BPM + length as the full beat.
What NOT to include
- Vocals (even reference vocals)
- Reference tracks
- Uncleared samples
- Your ProjectFile.flp / .als / .logic — buyers don't want the session, they want the stems.
Stems only fire for premium and exclusive purchases. MP3 and WAV leases never get them — that's the whole point of the tier.
